Since 1891 we work with passion, dedication and fun to create your unforgettable culinary events. Our team around Georg W. Broich is our heart. And we attach great importance to the fact that this beats powerfully in the future. Therefore, our current 235 employees alone include 25 apprentices. We all work on equal terms and with great appreciation for each other, whether guest or colleague.
